Joining SuperShare

Join the program and share the success of Collective Brilliance

Am I eligible?

With a few exceptions, all Aristocrat and subsidiary employees are eligible. Our exceptions are:

  • Contractors
  • Fixed term employees
  • SLEP participants

How and when to sign up

We have two ‘windows’ or opportunities for eligible employees to sign up each year. These typically occur every March and September.

Employees who are eligible to participate will receive an invitation email at the relevant time from our program partner Shareworks by Morgan Stanley. This email will include more details and instructions on how to take part in the program.

Once an eligible employee follows the prompts to sign up, they enter an ‘annual contribution’. This annual contribution is then spread out evenly across their payroll cycles through post tax deductions.

For example, if an employee nominates $5,000 AUD per year, and are paid monthly, this will equate to about $416 AUD in monthly deductions from their pay cycle.

Employees annual contribution nomination rolls over year on year, unless the employee opts out.

For existing participants, the opportunity to change their annual contribution amount also occurs during the March and September windows.

Please note, employees must not opt in to join while in possession of “inside information”. For more information visit the Manage section.
